`format`	enum	任意	`jpg`	jpg \| png	Output thumbnail format.
`quality`	number	任意	`0.9`	0.5 – 1	JPG output quality from 0.5 to 1.0.
`maxLongSide`	integer	任意	`0`	0 – 4096	Maximum thumbnail long side in pixels. 0 keeps the video resolution.
